Cycle to Work Scheme

We have teamed up with Halfords, the UK's number one cycle retailer to offer all employees the chance to own a bike through our new Bike Scheme. In doing so our employees not only get fit and improve their carbon footprint, but also save pounds on travel costs.

As an A4e employee you will be entitled to upto 30 days holiday (subject to your length of service). In addition, our Flexible Holiday Scheme gives you the option to buy or sell 5 days additional holiday per year to suit you.

We have partnered with a leading childcare voucher scheme provider to help our employees meet the escalating costs of childcare provision. This easy to use scheme allows the opportunity to make significant tax and NI savings of upto £1200 per year.

All Employees have access to over 1200 nationwide gyms and spas where employees can enjoy upto 50% discount on membership if they wish to join for 12 months, or alternatively they can enjoy a reduced monthly membership.

Employee Counselling Service
All employees have access to a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week confidential helpline which can used to support and help employees' well being. This is a strictly in confidence service to support our employees with any issues, whether it be work related or personal.
